Uefa pick the player of the week in the UEFA Champions League

The European Football Association (UEFA) announced today, Friday evening, the winner of the Best Player of the Week award in the second leg of the 2020-2021 UEFA Champions League quarter-finals.

 

 

While the UEFA website, the star of Paris Saint-Germain, Neymar da Silva, won the award this week in the UEFA Champions League.

 

However Brazilian Neymar led Paris to the semi-finals of the Champions League, despite losing to Bayern Munich.

 

Neymar da Silva was in competition for the award, with both: 

 

– German Ilkay Gundogan, the midfielder of Manchester City, who qualified at the expense of Borussia Dortmund 2-1.    

 

– Brazilian Casemiro, Real Madrid’s midfielder, who qualified over Liverpool.    

 

– American Christian Pulisic, the Chelsea star, who qualified with the Blues at the expense of Porto.    

 

While Paris Saint-Germain will meet in the semi-final league, Manchester City.

 

While Real Madrid faces rivals Chelsea, England.
